The truth that Blizzard would bring a magic-using character class to Diablo 3 was never a question in virtually any fan’s mind. From the Apocalypse staff-wielding, Nova-casting Sorcerer of Diablo 1 to the manic, teleporting Sorceress dervish of Diablo 2, character classes featuring brains over brawn have an extended tradition in Blizzard games.

Diablo 3′s Wizard improves on the Sorceress in lots of ways. As the Sorceress relied solely on elemental damage for both offense and defense, Diablo 3 shows the Wizard branching off in to realms of magic nothing you’ve seen prior observed in the Diablo games. The Wizard’s skills encompass all areas of magic usage, from disintegrating enemies whole to boosting the character’s defenses to manipulating time it self. Diablo 3′s Wizard uses skills from the Arcane, Conjuring and Storm skill trees.

Disintegrate – This is very much indeed such as the Diablo 2 Sorceress’s Lightning skill.
